Sunny suffolk "We have just returned home from our holiday in your house in Snape, and we're writing to thank you very much for the use of your splendid house. We've stayed in many holiday homes and we've never had one which was as well and thoughtfully fitted out. The instructions were a model! We have a set of instructions for friends who use our own house, and we thought they were good until we saw yours. So, thank you very much.

Sunny suffolkJust a couple of things to add. Firstly, the letting agent is really excellent to deal with from our point of view as a "buyer". They are efficient and friendly, and extremely informative. Secondly, we found another pub which has good food and very friendly staff. I think it may be under new management. It is the Old Chequers at Friston. Hope this helps! We had a good, if cool/wet, holiday - Snape is excellently sited for old churches, birds, the coast and good food. The deli in the High Street in Southwold - just above the entrance to Adnams Wine Dept - is also excellent - probably provided our very best meal of the holiday.

Once again, very many thanks, and all the very best for your lettings in the future.

And several others, since...

“We have much enjoyed exploring Suffolk from this very comfortable well-appointed house.”

“Had a great time, the house is clean and very well equipped with lots of good eating places nearby.”

“Thank you for the convenient comfortable accommodation; lovely books and useful information.”

“We are just loved Snape and the surrounding area. Three pubs in the village all with excellent food. This house is so clean and very comfortable; very well equipped.”

“Our daughter first crawled in this house. A lovely stay. The house is really well equipped (important with two children under two and it’s nice to know you don’t have to bring everything).”

“The kitchen is very well equipped and we had the feeling of being in a proper home.”

Also, we’re very pleased to report that after only two years we have already collected five ‘Arnies’ (*) and two guests have stayed a second time.
